1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" refers to the rx8bet website accessible at https://rx8bet.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform. "Player" or "User" means any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform. "BDT" or "Taka" refers to the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol. "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback awarded by rx8bet under stated conditions. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be turned over in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register an Account with rx8bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of rx8bet;
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform;
• You are providing accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.

2.2 rx8bet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify rx8bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 rx8bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with our internal anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. We may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill dated within the past three months.

3.2 Until identity verification is satisfactorily completed, rx8bet may impose limits on deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing verification process.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversions are performed by rx8bet; Players are responsible for any conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.

4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other local bank transfer channels as published on the Platform from time to time. 4.3 Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. rx8bet does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rx8bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any mismatch between the registered account holder and the payment method owner may trigger additional verification.

4.5 rx8bet reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 rx8bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%.

5.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds are used first in eligible wagers. Bonus funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified on the promotion page, which is typically 7 to 30 calendar days.

5.4 rx8bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Abuse of promotional terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

5.5 VIP loyalty points are accrued at rates determined by rx8bet and displayed within the VIP programme pages. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed in the manner described within the VIP programme terms. rx8bet reserves the right to amend loyalty point earn rates and redemption values with reasonable notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail for that bet.

6.2 rx8bet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market had concluded; (b) a manifest pricing error was made by rx8bet; (c) the integrity of the event is under investigation; or (d) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

6.3 Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and are subject to change without prior notice. rx8bet is not obligated to accept any particular bet and may restrict maximum stake amounts at its sole discretion.

6.4 Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and poker variants available on the Platform, are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or streamed in real time from licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.

6.5 In the event of a disconnection during live game play, bets already confirmed and accepted by the Platform stand. rx8bet is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions on the Player's side, including poor network connectivity on mobile devices.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rx8bet Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing errors;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time poker or live games;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal purpose;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party without express written authorisation from rx8bet;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

7.2 rx8bet employs fraud detection systems that monitor unusual betting patterns and account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, rx8bet may immediately suspend or close the Account, void all bets placed in contravention of these Terms, and retain any outstanding balance pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 rx8bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We offer the following self-management tools, accessible within the Account dashboard:

• Personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session expiry;
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

9 Account Closure and Termination

9.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, rx8bet may retain any balance in the Account as a partial remedy for the losses caused by the breach. The application of this remedy does not prevent rx8bet from pursuing further legal remedies where appropriate.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The rx8bet Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we invest substantially in platform reliability and uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rx8bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; inability to place a bet due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; or errors in odds display subsequently corrected by rx8bet.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rx8bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the rx8bet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and software, is the property of rx8bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rx8bet.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

14 Governing Language and Contact

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

14.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rx8bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
